Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning. Fortunately, our mountain evenings cool off nicely—just open the windows at night to let the fresh air in, and close them during the day to help keep the space comfortable. Many guests find this works well, even in the summer!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
