The Space
This charming 900-square-foot apartment is designed for modern comfort. The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a welcoming dining space, and a comfortable living room with a leather sofa. Large windows frame stunning views of the lake and surrounding trees, filling the space with natural light.
Unwind in one of two serene bedrooms, each furnished with a plush king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The primary suite includes a private bathroom and a TV for added comfort, while the second bedroom has easy access to a well-appointed guest bathroom.

Please note that the direct lake access from the home is for private owner use only. However, the beautiful City Beach is right next door and is fully available for your use. Based on availability, boat docking can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information before your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking..
